Exercise: Cross-Axis Alignment

Exercise: Trip briefing

The preceding demo centered short and tall briefing cards along the cross axis. Recreate that alignment here. Its starter already includes the HTML and card styling; edit only the layout declarations in style.css.

Your Task

  1. Set .briefing-row to display: flex so its cards share a row.
  2. Set .briefing-row to align-items: center to align their vertical centers.

Checkpoint: Run Preview and compare the card arrangement with the demo. Submit after each step to see the matching check pass.

Hint 1
1 / 2
HINT 1

Use the demo as a reference, but write the rules yourself.

HINT 2

Run Preview before Submit to inspect the visible result.
