Challenge: Send an Emergency Beacon

Mission

The crew has enough control to request backup. Create the smallest useful emergency beacon: it needs a destination, a reliable contact method, and a single response channel.

What you'll build

A concise emergency-beacon form with an action, connected email label, two grouped radio choices, and a submit button.

Your Task

  1. Add a form with a non-empty illustrative action value (there is no live endpoint in the preview).
  2. Add an email input with an id and a label whose for matches it.
  3. Add at least two labeled radio inputs sharing a non-empty name for the response channel.
  4. Add a submit button inside the form.

Checkpoint

Click the email label and choose a response channel. The label should focus the field, and only one radio choice should stay selected.

Payoff

The crew can now send a focused backup request using the form controls earned in this section.
